The Storyline .story source files, plus any media used in the course. If you only have the published SCORM package, talk to us about a course transfer instead.
Yes. As long as we have the source files, it doesn’t matter who built it.
Replacing a SCORM package can reset progress in some LMSs. We’ll advise on the best way to roll out the update.
Small edits like a policy update or a new logo are usually quick. When you send the files, we’ll confirm a turnaround, and we’ll let you review the changes before anything goes live.
