N° 01 — MANIFESTO
Work should do what it was built to do.
Organisations invest in training, technology, and marketing every year. Some of it changes things. A lot of it doesn't — not because the intention was wrong, but because the work wasn't grounded in what would actually make a difference.
We start with what your organisation genuinely needs, build things that are designed to perform, and stay focused on whether they do. That means working across learning, technology, marketing, and commercial development — not as isolated efforts, but as connected disciplines aimed at the same result.
BEFORE
SCOPE
Every project starts with a scoping conversation. We agree what's needed, and why, before we agree what we'll build.
DURING
DESIGN
Work is designed for real use conditions — the people who'll use it, the context they'll use it in, and what success looks like once it's live.
THROUGH
BUILD
Five disciplines under active practice: learning, technology, marketing, branding, and commercial development — each led by specialists, not generalists.
AFTER
DELIVER
Delivery is the start. We build things to perform after the handover, not just to get across the line on the day.
N° 02 — HOW WE WORK
The same standards every project.
How we work matters as much as what we deliver. These guide every project we take on.
Principle 01
Understand before we build.
We ask before we propose. The brief shapes the build — not the other way around.
Principle 02
Connected, not compartmentalised
Our disciplines inform each other. When you need more than one of them, they work together — not as separate projects running in parallel.
Principle 03
Built to stick , not just launch.
Delivery is the start. We build things that are designed to perform after the handover.
Principle 04
Honest about what we can do.
We'll tell you what we think will work, what won't, and what falls outside our scope. That conversation happens early.
Principle 05
Simple over complicated.
The cleaner the solution, the more reliably it performs. We resist complexity for its own sake.
Principle 06
Accountability throughout.
You have access to the people responsible for the work — at brief stage, during the build, and once it's live.
N° 03 — THE TEAM
Depth in each discipline. Coordination across all of them.
Treora draws on a core team of specialists and an extended network of practitioners across learning design, platform development (from custom HTML modules in eLearning to WordPress builds for marketing and web projects), brand strategy, marketing, and commercial growth.
The model is deliberate: each discipline is led by someone with real expertise in it, and where projects cross disciplines — as they often do — those specialists work together directly. When a learning design brief also carries a marketing or brand dimension, the people working on those sides are in the room together, which means misalignments in messaging or audience framing are caught before they're built in.
No handoffs to people who weren't in the room. No translation layer between strategy and execution. The people who understand the brief are the people who deliver it.

N° 06 — LET'S BUILD
Start a Conversation
Tell us what you're working on.
Tell us what you're trying to build — or where something you've already got isn't working. We'll come back with a clear view of what's realistic, what's involved, and how we'd approach it.
